Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 5 business days with photos as proof. Refunds for damaged items will not be refunded if we are notified outside of this 5 day period.
Certain types of items of goods like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned. Given beef liver and colostrum are foods, they are perishable item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated the damage or issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not provide refunds based on the taste of a product.

Change of mind incurs a $5 handling fee given we get charged for amending, changing or receiving unclaimed returned stock.
Money back is limited to 1x Iron By Nature only. If you purchase 2x or 3x only 1 will be refunded.
Your 30 days will start from the moment you receive your package which will be evidenced according to delivered on your tracking code.
To be eligible for money back, you will need to show a blood test taken no less than 2 weeks before your purchase and a blood test taken no more than a week after you finished your last serve.
You must have completed the full 90 capsules serve as per the label and followed the directions.
At the minimum, a ferritin test must be provided.
Any increase will make you ineligible for a refund. If you have no increase, we will refund you and that is our guarantee.
